Well coming into the abbey there are somethings that they dont really tell you until you get here. some are some good things and some things that people shouldnt have a problem with but still should know about. To start it off, they tell you that your rooms are very small,but they are all different sizes. Yes some of them are small and some of them are like mini mansions (just kidding) but some are pretty nice. Some of the rooms have bathroom, and all the ones that dont have bathrooms in them have the bathrooms down the hall. All the rooms have showers in the them..(how happy i was when i heard they wasnt community showers) it is pretty small but they are nice. The rooms can have 3 people staying in them at a time. they have bunk beds on of the bunk beds dont have a bottom bunk but a closet and a desk connected to it. the other beds are full bunk beds. We have a room that is called the flying butress where they show the abbey movies but it is restricted to the abbey children if they wanted to go in there on there own time they couldnt. It was an incident in the previous years that stop students from going into the flying butress freely. when they feed you during the week, you eat at this place called La commerce....a nice little place that will make you feel at home. It is other things you should know but you would have to learn the rest when you get here, but it is not much that they do not tell you.
